This policy explains what majorleaguemarkets.com (the "Site"), operated by Major League Markets ("MLM," "we," "us"), collects and what we do with it. We have kept it short because we collect very little.
What we collect
Your email address, if you give it to us. When you join the waitlist we store the address you enter, the date and time, and a short tag recording which part of the Site you signed up from. That is the entire record. We do not ask for your name, phone number, address, date of birth, or payment details, and there is no account to create.
Aggregate usage data. We use Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to understand how many people visit the Site, which pages they view, and how quickly pages load. These tools are cookieless and do not build a profile of you or track you across other websites. They do not collect your IP address in a form we can use to identify you.
We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party marketing trackers. There is no cookie banner on this Site because there is nothing to consent to.
Why we collect it
The email address is used for one purpose: to notify you about Major League Markets — launch, early access, and material product news. We will not sell it, rent it, trade it, or share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Aggregate usage data is used to improve the Site.
Who else handles it
- Supabase — stores the waitlist database on our behalf, as a processor acting on our instructions.
- Vercel — hosts the Site and provides the analytics described above.
We may also disclose information if required by law, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets — in which case we will require the recipient to honor this policy.
How long we keep it
We keep waitlist entries until you ask us to remove yours, or until we determine the waitlist no longer serves a purpose.
Your choices
Email hunter@majorleaguemarkets.com at any time to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. We will action deletion requests promptly and confirm when it is done. Every email we send will include an unsubscribe link.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act or the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation, including rights of access, correction, deletion, and portability, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA. To exercise any right, use the email address above.
Security
Waitlist data is stored in an access-controlled database with row-level security enabled and is transmitted over TLS. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
The Site is not directed to anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us their information, email us and we will delete it.
International visitors
The Site is operated from the United States and information collected is processed there. If you are visiting from outside the United States, you are transferring your information to the United States.
Changes
We may update this policy by posting a revised version with a new effective date. If we make a material change to how we use waitlist emails, we will notify you at the address you gave us.
