Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your access to majorleaguemarkets.com (the "Site"), operated by Major League Markets ("MLM," "we," "us"). By using the Site you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. What this Site is

The Site is an informational preview of a product under development. It publishes reference prices for hypothetical Full Season Share contracts on NFL teams, derived from publicly available data, and collects email addresses from people who want to be notified at launch.

2. What this Site is not

No product is available for purchase on this Site. You cannot open an account, deposit funds, buy or sell anything, or hold a position. Nothing on the Site is an offer to sell, a solicitation of an offer to buy, or a recommendation regarding any security, commodity interest, swap, futures contract, or other financial instrument.

The prices shown are illustrative. They are the output of a pricing model applied to publicly reported sportsbook data. They do not represent executable quotes, do not reflect any live market, and no one has traded at them. Nothing on the Site should be relied on as investment, financial, legal, or tax advice.

Joining the waitlist grants you nothing. It is not an account, a reservation, a pre-order, a priority claim, or any commitment by us to make a product available to you or to anyone.

3. Forward-looking statements

The Site describes a product we intend to build and a regulatory path we intend to pursue. Those plans may change. Any product we ultimately launch may differ materially from what is described here, may be available only in certain jurisdictions, and may not launch at all. Regulatory approvals described as sought or planned have not been obtained.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site or join the waitlist. The Site is provided from the United States. We make no representation that it is appropriate or available in any other jurisdiction, and you are responsible for compliance with your local law.

5. Third-party names and data

Team names, city names, abbreviations, and league names appearing on the Site are the trademarks of their respective owners and are used solely to identify the subjects of the reference prices. MLM is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to the National Football League, any NFL club, or any sportsbook.

Market data referenced on the Site is drawn from publicly reported third-party sources. We do not warrant its accuracy, completeness, or timeliness, and it may be delayed, incomplete, or wrong.

6. Intellectual property

The Site, its design, its copy, the pricing methodology, and the underlying Bundled Event Share structure are the property of MLM and its licensors. You may view and share the Site; you may not copy, scrape, republish, or build a derivative product from its content or data without our written permission.

7. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to interfere with the Site, access it by automated means at a rate that burdens it, probe it for vulnerabilities, submit email addresses you do not control, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MLM will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

10. Changes

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting a revised version with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
